Dr. Arun Jeldi is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Velo3D, where he leads the company's mission to deliver fully integrated metal 3D printing solutions for mission-critical parts across the space, automotive, semiconductor, and energy industries. Appointed CEO in December 2024, Dr. Jeldi is a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in advanced manufacturing and a track record of building and leading multiple companies simultaneously. He serves as CEO and President of Arrayed Additive Inc., which specializes in magnesium and aluminum lightweight alloy additive manufacturing for the aerospace and defense industries, and Lite Magnesium Products Inc., which designs and manufactures magnesium-based products and components for the aerospace, automotive, and other industries. He also leads Crown Magnesium Inc., which extracts pure magnesium from ore materials using a unique energy-efficient, zero-pollution technology, and Indiana Healthcare Solutions LLC (DBA INK Staffing), a national healthcare staffing agency he has operated since 2019. His ventures have earned recognition including Inc. 5000 (#51) and Inc. 2024 Regional (#19) honors, reflecting his consistent ability to scale high-growth businesses at the intersection of innovation and sustainable manufacturing.

Mr. Wynn, age 70, has served as an independent CFO consultant through KongBasileConsulting LLC since 2020, providing interim CFO support to early-stage and emerging companies. From 2018 to 2020, Mr. Wynn served as Chief Financial Officer of Business Wire, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway company. From 2015 to 2018, he served as Consulting CFO and Vice President of Business Development at Silicon Valley Finance Group. From 2008 to 2015, Mr. Wynn served as Vice President of Finance at Sony Computer Entertainment America LLC. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wynn served as Chief Financial Officer of CaseCentral, Inc. and Vitel International, Inc. and worked in other senior finance roles.

Nancy Krystal serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Velo3D, having joined the Company as Vice President and General Counsel in April 2024. She leads the Company's legal, governance, compliance and corporate secretarial functions, including SEC compliance and disclosure, corporate finance, commercial contracting, intellectual property, export controls, labor and employment, insurance, and litigation, and advises the Board of Directors and executive leadership team on a broad range of legal, governance and risk matters, as well as on strategic initiatives and corporate objectives. Nancy brings over 20 years of experience across public company, manufacturing, commercial and global regulatory matters, previously serving as General Counsel of Jelly Belly Candy Company, as Corporate Counsel, Securities and Corporate Compliance at Big Heart Pet Brands (formerly Del Monte Corporation), and as Director of Compliance at AXA Advisors. She serves on the boards of the California Grocers Association and the California Manufacturers & Technology Association, and on the advisory board of Evisort. Nancy holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University School of Law and a B.A. in Psychology, cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego, and is a member of the State Bar of California.

Michelle Sidwell is the Chief Revenue Officer at Velo3D, where she leads global revenue strategy for the company's fully integrated metal 3D printing solutions serving the space, automotive, semiconductor, and energy industries. With over two decades of experience scaling high-growth companies, Michelle has held senior leadership roles at Salesloft, Adobe, Yext, and Persado, where she consistently drove outsized results, including doubling revenue, growing ARR by 10X, and earning multiple President's Club honors. Her expertise spans enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, customer success, and marketing, with a proven ability to build and align cross-functional teams around a customer-centric approach. Michelle holds a Leadership Strategies certificate from Yale University, studied Graphic Design at the American Academy of Art and Roosevelt University (formerly Robert Morris College) and received an AAS from RU, bringing a unique blend of creative and strategic thinking to every challenge.

Fryzel brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling complex hardware and software systems at Carbon, Meta, Lyft and Google. At Velo3D, he oversees the technology roadmap across hardware, software, materials, automation, process engineering, data and artificial intelligence.

Purnell brings experience scaling manufacturing operations across aerospace and semiconductors, with leadership roles at Boeing Co., FormFactor Inc. and SpaceX's Starlink, as well as service in the U.S. Marine Corps. At Forge 1, he leads the teams and operating systems responsible for safety, quality and delivery performance.
