Dr. Arun Jeldi is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Velo3D, where he leads the company's mission to deliver fully integrated metal 3D printing solutions for mission-critical parts across the space, automotive, semiconductor, and energy industries. Appointed CEO in December 2024, Dr. Jeldi is a serial entrepreneur with deep expertise in advanced manufacturing and a track record of building and leading multiple companies simultaneously. He serves as CEO and President of Arrayed Additive Inc., which specializes in magnesium and aluminum lightweight alloy additive manufacturing for the aerospace and defense industries, and Lite Magnesium Products Inc., which designs and manufactures magnesium-based products and components for the aerospace, automotive, and other industries. He also leads Crown Magnesium Inc., which extracts pure magnesium from ore materials using a unique energy-efficient, zero-pollution technology, and Indiana Healthcare Solutions LLC (DBA INK Staffing), a national healthcare staffing agency he has operated since 2019. His ventures have earned recognition including Inc. 5000 (#51) and Inc. 2024 Regional (#19) honors, reflecting his consistent ability to scale high-growth businesses at the intersection of innovation and sustainable manufacturing.

Jim Suva is the Chief Financial Officer at Velo3D responsible for the Company's finance, accounting, treasury, and investor relations activities as well as an integral part of the Company's operations. Mr. Suva brings more than 20 years of capital markets and technology sector experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Cricut (Nasdaq: CRCT). Prior to that, he served as Managing Director at Citibank in New York and San Francisco, where he led the firm's global IT Hardware and Technology Equity Research practice. During his tenure at Citibank, Mr. Suva specialized in the technology sector, including additive manufacturing and 3D printing, and led capital markets transactions for numerous technology companies. Jim also worked at Goldman Sachs. He holds an M.B.A. with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Accounting from Brigham Young University, and a Bachelor of Accounting from Brigham Young University. Mr. Suva is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and worked at KPMG.

Nancy Krystal is currently General Counsel and Secretary at Velo3D, Inc., where she manages all legal, governance, and compliance functions. As a seasoned veteran, she provides ongoing advice to the board of directors and to the executive team on a broad range of legal topics. Prior to this, she served as General Counsel at Jelly Belly Candy Company, where she helped orchestrate the historic sale of the company. In that role she oversaw and managed all legal functions, using her legal acumen and leadership to ensure corporate compliance, mitigate risks, and improve profitability. She also held leadership legal positions at Big Heart Pet Brands (formerly Del Monte Corporation) and AXA Advisors, playing key roles in multi-billion-dollar transactions and compliance program development. She served as a board member of California Grocers Association, California Manufacturers & Technology Association, and Evisort. Nancy holds a J.D. from Pepperdine University and B.A from U. S. San Diego, graduated Suma Cum Laude.

Michelle Sidwell is the Chief Revenue Officer at Velo3D, where she leads global revenue strategy for the company's fully integrated metal 3D printing solutions serving the space, automotive, semiconductor, and energy industries. With over two decades of experience scaling high-growth companies, Michelle has held senior leadership roles at Salesloft, Adobe, Yext, and Persado, where she consistently drove outsized results, including doubling revenue, growing ARR by 10X, and earning multiple President's Club honors. Her expertise spans enterprise sales, go-to-market strategy, customer success, and marketing, with a proven ability to build and align cross-functional teams around a customer-centric approach. Michelle holds a B.A. from Roosevelt University.
